GUND Cream, Black, Tan MARSHMALLOW COW

GUND Black White Tan Pink Cow MILKSHAKE Black Shiny Collar

We found what I thought was a very hard to find GUND Plush 12 inch floppy cream or white cow named BELLE. But, after hearing from the person who has been looking for a Belle cow, I now know that ours is a GUND MILKSHAKE cow.

She has black outside and pink inside her ears. There's a large black spot on her back and on the tip of her tail. She has tan horns and muzzle, black eyes and eyelashes, and she's wearing a black Patent Leather look plastic collar. She's LIKE NEW.

If anyone finds a similar looking cow without the black collar and terry finish rather than a plush fur, please contact us, so we can put you in touch with Dubie, who is looking for one.

Your blog reminds me of the days when we had lots of soft toys around the house, they were so hard to resist.

LOL! The funny thing is I have no memories of stuffed animals as a child. I do remember a straw and sawdust filled clown I won at the Carnival. I loved that stupid clown!

But now? I get to enjoy all these precious lovies!!! Second childhood, I guess.

Hi rosemary. This is not a belle it is called marshmellow and they are very common on ebay. belle does not have a black collar and she is made of a terry material not plush. She is nearly impossible to find and usually sells for 200 dollars on line. dubie

I'm sorry, Dubie, to disappoint you. I really did think it was a Belle cow. But thanks for setting me straight. I'm editing the post to fit your information.

Hi Rosemary, I myself love stuff and plush animals. The Belle cow is is cute. I have one the is close to Belle that I've had for about 17 years. I bought her for my daughter. She use to sleep with her for years. Belle cow would make a wonderful present for anyone. I'm following your blog too. It's cute! I would love for you to follow my blog under Networks so you could see my updates.

Thanks for stopping by, Bronzi! I tried to register on your blog so I could comment back, but couldn't find the place to do it.

Judging by your MLK post, you would probably be interested in reading my post on Yesterday's Memories about growing up in Birmingham during the Civil Rights Era.

Sorry it's in France in good condition they say...

Why didn't I think of looking before?

I think the one you found on the French eBay is the same as the one we have in our catalog. If it is terry rather than furry, and does NOT have a collar, please let me know.

Thanks, Anji!!

Hiii! I just wanted to say hello n thanx for the comment on my blog. About the snow photos.. we haven't had the storm yet, but it use to snow alot here where I live, during the winter.

All these GUND cows are as cute as they can be, but there's very little difference in the way they look. I'm not an expert, so that makes it hard to know which is which. Belle, Marshmallow, and Milkshake all look very similar.

Glad you missed this storm!

My youngest donated a bunch of her beanie babies to the rummage sale to raise money for her crew team.

She's grown out of them for now.

One day, I predict she'll be hunting them down again.

Could be, Cube! At least most of the Beanie Babies are very common. We get lots of requests for help finding 70's and 80's childhood lovies. Some people still have the original, but it's too fragile or worn. Some want to give a child or grandchild the same toy they enjoyed when they were little.

Everyone has their own reason, but their stories are very interesting.
